Terms & Conditions, for Users’ Clients
Overview
When making a booking via the Account of a User, You agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) which are non-negotiable and you must agree to them in full.
SimplyBook.me Ltd (“We” and/or “Us”) merely provides the SimplyBook.me Software Solution (“Software”) and/or other products to allow You to interact with User(s) and we are not responsible nor directly involved in such interactions.
Read this document carefully and together with SimplyBook.me Ltd’s Terms and Conditions for Users (or respective online terms and conditions of a service or product made available and used from You as a Client); our Privacy Policy and any other legal documents communicated by the User and applicable to You for the purposes of your contractual relationship with the latter.
SimplyBook.me Ltd is a company incorporated and organised under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with Registration Number: 387490, VAT No.: 10387490F and having its Registered Address at 30 Glathonos, P. Makedonas Court, 3041, Limassol, Cyprus.

These Terms are translated for your convenience but where there is any inconsistency between different versions, the English document shall prevail.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE PROVISIONS BELOW, DO NOT USE OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
1. Definitions: Unless otherwise defined herein or at the Terms and Conditions for Users, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
User or a Service Provider is a company or person that provides their booking services such as accept and treat bookings online and other related activities via their active SimplyBook.me Account.
Client is You when making a booking via the Account, as offered by the User.
2. By accepting these Terms, You hereby understand, agree and accept that We do not create and/or maintain an agency, partnership or any other form of joint enterprise, employment or fiduciary relationship with neither You nor the User.
3. We do not control, monitor, moderate or inspect any services offered by Users and unless provided otherwise in mandatory law, we do not bear any responsibility in connection with such services, including but not limited to their quality, safety, accuracy, or the Sellers’ ability to provide them nor control, monitor, moderate or inspect Users, unless required by law. We do not bear any responsibility in connection with User’s operations, including but not limited to their legal capacity or ability to complete appointments, service purchases, or other transactions through their Account.
4. When You make a payment to a User through any of the payment service providers they have enabled, the applicable terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider shall govern the transaction, in addition to any additional provisions implemented by the User.
5. We are not responsible in any way whatsoever or for ensuring the fairness, security, or resolution of transactions, nor assume responsibility for service fulfillment, cancellations, or disputes which shall be resolved solely between You and the User.
6. You are responsible to ensure the legitimacy of Service Providers before making bookings or payments and for Service Providers to ensure they are engaging with genuine Clients and We shall have no legal or financial liability for any misconduct or wrongdoing by the User, whether or not it directly affects You.
7. Your personal data as a Client is processed by SimplyBook.me Ltd in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as Data Processor and controlled by the User through whom the booking is made, subject to their respective privacy policies, as Data Controller. If You wish to exercise any of Your privacy rights, you shall contact the User, who acts as the Data Controller. We may, upon written request from You and subject to legal restrictions, assist in notifying the User acting as the Data Controller, provided that You supply all necessary information
